Abstract:

Národní účetní rada je nezávislá odborná instituce, která byla v roce 1989 založena profesními organizacemi. Tato instituce mimo jiné vydává tzv. Interpretace, které přináší doporučení k takovým účetním problémům, které nejsou zcela řešeny českou účetní legislativou. Předkládaná diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je věnována instituci Národní účetní radě, jejímu působení a její činnosti. V této části jsou kromě jiného vyzdvihnuty také Interpretace, které instituce vydává. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na vybrané Interpretace Národní účetní rady, na analýzu doporučení, která přinášejí a na srovnání těchto doporučení s řešeními dle Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví. Třetí část analyzuje dva dotazníky, jejichž cílem je zjistit, do jaké míry jsou vybrané subjekty znalí o existenci a činnosti Národní účetní rady. Hlavními cíly této diplomové práce je přiblížit činnost Národní účetní rady, dále pak zjistit, zda doporučení, která přináší Interpretace této instituce, jsou v souladu s řešeními dle Mezinárodních standardů IFRS a analýza povědomí o existenci a činnosti této instituce mezi vybranými subjekty.

Abstract:

National accounting board is an independent professional institution which was founded in 1989 by several professional institutions in the Czech Republic. Besides other things, this institution publishes Interpretations which are focused on resolving of such accounting problems, that are not sufficiently solved by the czech accounting legislation. Present dissertation thesis is separated into three parts. The first part explains activity and function of the National accounting board. The Interpretations of this institution are emphasized there also. The second part of this thesis is focused on selected Interpretations of the National accounting board and on the analysis of the recommendations which are brought by the institution and this part is also focused on comparison of these recommendations with the solutions of the problems according to the IFRS. The last part of this thesis analyses two questionnaires which should analyse the knowledge and awareness of the National accounting board among selected subjects. The main aims of this dissertation thesis are to describe the function of the National accounting board, to find out, whether the recommendations of the Interpretations of this instituton are in agreement with the solutions according to the IFRS and to analyse the awareness of the existence and of the activity of the institution among the selected subjects.
