Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na spotřebitelské soukromoprávní vztahy vznikající v pojišťovnictví. Autor pojednává zejména o tom, jakými způsoby je spotřebitel chráněn v oblasti pojišťovnictví, jaké právní nástroje mu k obraně slouží a zároveň hodnotí, zda české soukromé právo naplňuje základní cíle a je v souladu se zásadami a funkcemi ochrany spotřebitele. The thesis deals with the private law consumer relationships which arise in insurance industry.
