Cílem práce bylo charakterizovat vyšší houby, především se zaměřit na houby, u kterých byly prokázány fyziologicky významné účinky na lidský organismus. Největší pozornost jsem věnovala Lesklokorce lesklé (Ganoderma Lucidum), která obsahuje velké množství biologicky aktivních molekul polysacharidů zahrnujících polymery glukózy (1-3), (1-6)-beta-glukany. Abstract:
The aim of the study was to characterize the higher fungi, mainly focusing on mushrooms, which have been proved physiologically significant effects on the human body. I focused on reishi mushroom (Ganoderma Lucidum), which contains a large amount of biologically active molecules including polysaccharide polymers of glucose (1-3), (1-6) -beta-glucans.
