The issue of client with cerebral palsy

Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí kazuistiky rozbor případu dospívajícího chlapce s mozkovou obrnou. Metodika: Praktická část je zpracována formou případové studie - kazuistiky a popisuje onemocnění od narození až po současný stav pacienta. Kazuistika je rozdělena na anamnézu a katamnézu, která je zpracována do jednotlivých období. Popis jednotlivých období je zaměřen zároveň na subjektivní vnímání onemocnění především matkou, dále na analýzu a interpretaci obtíží a důležitosti ošetřovatelské péče a spolupráce celého multidisciplinárního týmu. Informace byly získány formou nestandardizovaného rozhovoru s matkou, byla použita také data ze zdravotnické dokumentace a informace zdravotnického personálu. Výsledky: Jde o případ, kdy příčina onemocnění není zcela jasná a ani veškerá lékařská a ošetřovatelská péče nepřinesla výrazné zlepšení zdravotního stavu klienta. Závěr: Důkladná analýza anamnézy, katamnézy, zdravotnické dokumentace a informací rodičů je důležitým aspektem při poskytování co nejlepší ošetřovatelské péče v jednotlivých vývojových období dítěte. Bakalářskou prací bychom chtěli poukázat na problematiku onemocnění mozkovou obrnou, na specifika a komplexnost ošetřovatelské péče o děti s tělesným i mentálním postižením a na důležitost spolupráce multioborového týmu. Klíčová slova: Bobath koncept, mozková obrna, ošetřovatelská péče, rehabilitace, Vojtova metoda.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT Aim: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to use case reports to analyse the case of a teenage boy with a celebral palsy. Methology: Practice part is made by the using of the case study - caustic and describes disease from birth until the current patient situation. Caustic is divided to the anamnesis and catamnesis, which is elaborate to particular periods. Description particular periods is focused simultaneously on the subjective perception of diseases mainly by mother, further on analysis and the interpellation of difficulties and the importance of nursing care and the cooperation of whole multidisciplinary team. The unstandardized talk with mother, data from medical record, and information from healthcare personal are used for the data receiving. Results: It is the case, where the disease causation is not fully known and also the entire medical and nursing care didn't bring any significant improvement of the patient´s health status. Conclusion: Depth analysis of anamnesis, catamnesis, medical record, and information from parents are the important aspect for providing of the best nursing care in particular development periods of child. I would like to point out challenges with cerebral palsy dieses, specific and complexity of the nursing care for children with the physical and medical disability and the importance of the multidisciplinary team.
