Tato závěrečná práce se zabývá problematikou mobbingu a bossingu na pracovišti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na osvětlení základních pojmů, které se k problematice váží. Praktická část je složena z dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo na základních školách a rozhovoru s obětí mobbingu. Abstract:
This final work deals with the issues of mobbing and bossing in the workplace. The theoretical section is focused on clarification of the basic concepts related to the issue. The practical section is composed from a questionnaire survey which was carried out in primary schools and conversations with a victim of mobbing.
