Possibilities and use of various forms of supervision in social organizations in the Ústí nad Labem Region from the point of view of social workers

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá definicí supervize, jejím vývoje a využitím v organizaci. Dále se zaměřuje na funkce supervize, které detailně popisuje. Následuje kapitola věnovaná formám supervize, kde jsou jednotlivé formy popsány. Cílem této práce je zjistit jaké formy supervize vybrané sociální organizace využívají, jaké mají možnosti supervize na pracovišti a jaké jsou přínosy a rizika jednotlivých forem z pohledu sociálních pracovníků. Pro výzkum bylo využito kvalitativního výzkumu, konkrétně rozhovorů. V závěru práce následuje shrnutí a vyhodnocení získaných dat. Nakonec je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka a jsou předneseny návrhy využitelné pro praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with definition of supervision, its evolution and use in organization. Further it focuses on functions of supervision and describes them in detail. The next chapter is dedicated to the forms of supervision and the individual forms are described. The aim of this thesis is to find out which forms are used in selected organizations, which are the options of using supervision in the organizations, and what are the benefits and risks of individual forms from the point of view of social workers. For the research we used qualitative method, specifically interviews. In the end of this work we can find summary and evaluation of gained data. In the end the main research question is answered and some practical proposals are given.
