Návrhy na zlepšení systému odměňování zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku

Proposals to improve reward system of employees in a particular company
Abstract:
V teoretické části uvádím základní pojmy z oblasti řízení odměňování zaměstnanců, strategického odměňování, motivace a hodnocení pracovníků s využitím poznatků z odborné literatury a legislativy. V praktické části je představena společnost DOMA – R s.r.o., její systém odměňování, provedená analýza systému odměňování a návrhy na jeho zlepšení.
Abstract:
In the theoretical part I describe the basic terms of control the reward systemof employees, strategic reward, motivation and rating of employees using knowledge from literature and legislation. In the practical part is presented DOMA – R Ltd., reward system of company, analysis of reward system and proposals for improvement.
