Integrace tureckých přistěhovalců na německý trh práce

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá integračním procesem tureckých imigrantů v Německu. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit úroveň imigrace turecké komunity v Německu z hlediska několika aspektů: sociální, kulturní a ekonomický. První čáat práce poskytuje systematizuje typy migrace a poskytuje přehled imigračních a integračních politik EU. Dále se práce zabývá vývojem turecké imigrace do Německa a reakcí německé společnosti na tuto imigraci. K dokreslení jsou využita statistická demografická data a specifické požadavky imigračních politik. V poslední části se práce věnuje postoji turecké komunity k problematice integrace a zároveň odvozuje dopady turecké imigrace v kontextu stárnutí obyvatel, nízkého přírozeného přírůstku a miry nezamestnanosti v Německu.

Abstract:

This thesis analyzes the integration process of Turkish immigrants in Germany. The aim of the thesis is to measure integration level of Turkish immigrants to Germany and analyze it from different perspectives such as social, cultural and economic. First of all, the research of the thesis provides not only the overview of migration and its types but also immigration and integration policies of EU. Moreover, it also provides an explanation for the most used words in the thesis regarding migration. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the history of Turkish migration to Germany and how it was responded from German society. Additionally, the demographic data is shown as descriptive statistics and specific requirements within immigration policies. Last but not least, the thesis contains integration policy of Germany and the opinions of Turkish people to the integration process. Finally, it also reveals the social, cultural and economic impacts of the migration in relation with aging population problem, fertility and employment rates in Germany.
