Kyselina olejová - její význam v lidském organizmu

The role of oleic acid in human organism
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá významem kyseliny olejové v lidském organizmu. V úvodu jsou charakterizovány lipidy, triacylglyceroly a mastné kyseliny spolu s jejich metabolismy a trávením. Dále se práce věnuje kyselině olejové včetně její úlohy v rámci středomořské diety. V textu jsou uvedeny jednotlivé modulační účinky kyseliny olejové při fyziologických i patologických dějích v organizmu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is concerned with oleic acid and its impact to the human body. At the beginning of this paper is described characterization of lipids, triglycerides and fatty acids along with their digestion and metabolism.
