Administrative Offences in the Area of Public Procurement Law
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce „Správní delikty v oblasti práva veřejných zakázek“ je poskytnout ucelený přehled k problematice správního trestání v oblasti práva veřejných zakázek, nastínit některé z problematických otázek týkajících se řízení před ÚOHS z procesního hlediska, tak také problematických otázek týkajících se pochybení zadavatelů, a navrhnout řešení v obou těchto oblastech.
