Preventing perineal trauma during childbirth

Abstract:

Cílem přehledové bakalářské práce je vyhledat, analyzovat a sumarizovat poznatky o prevenci poranění hráze během druhé doby porodní. Pro sběr dat budou využity odborné zahraniční a české elektronické databáze. Nalezené zdroje budou vyhodnoceny dle předem zvolených kritérií, aby splňovaly cíle přehledové práce. - zjistit rozdíl ve výskytu a rozsahu porodního poranění při využívání metody hands on a hands off - zjistit rozdíl ve výskytu a rozsahu porodního poranění při řízeném a spontánním tlačení - zjistit, zda má využívání teplých obkladů a masáže perinea vliv na výskyt a rozsah porodního poranění - zjistit, zda má porodní poloha vliv na výskyt a rozsah porodního poranění

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to search, analyze and summarize the knowledge about the prevention of perineal injuries during the second stage of labour. The data collection will be based on specialized foreign and Czech electronic databases. The sources found will be evaluated according to pre-selected criteria to meet the objectives of the review thesis. - to determine the difference in the incidence and extent of birth injury when using the hands on and hands off method - to determine the difference in the incidence and extent of birth injury between controlled and spontaneous pushing - to determine whether the use of warm compresses and perineal massage has an effect on the incidence and extent of birth injury - to determine whether birth position has an effect on the incidence and extent of birth injury
