Problems and difficulties in the translation of texts from the field of commercial law
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the problems often encountered when translating texts from the field of commercial law. These problems are demonstrated on the example of a German translation of the Czech commercial code as well as an own translation of various texts from the field of commercial law.
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá často se vyskytujícími problémy, na které člověk může narazit při překládání textů z oblasti obchodního práva. Tyto problémy jsou ukázány na příkladu německého překladu částí českého obchodního zákoníku i na vlastním překladu různých textů z oblasti obchodního práva.
