Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je vymáhání pohledávek v malých a středních podnicích. Práce je rozdělena do dvou základních částí, a to do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá základními definicemi spojenými s vybraným tématem, jako je definice malých a středních podniků, problematika pohledávek včetně jejich případného vymáhání prostřednictvím insolvenčního či exekučního řízení. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní vybraný podnik a na řízení jejich pohledávek, jejichž součástí jsou zajišťovací instrumenty, monitorování a prevence pohledávek sloužící k tomu, aby vznikalo co nejméně pohledávek po splatnosti. V každé firmě však ke vzniku takových pohledávek dochází, a další část praktické části se tak zabývá vymáháním takových pohledávek nejen soudní, ale také mimosoudní cestou.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis is the recovery of receivables in small and medium enterprises. The thesis is divided into two basic parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the basic definitions related to the chosen topic, such as the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises, the issue of receivables including their possible enforcement through insolvency or enforcement proceedings. The practical part focuses on the selected company and on the management of their receivables, which include hedging instruments, monitoring and prevention of receivables serving to create as few claims as possible after maturity. In each company, however, such receivables occur, and another part of the practical part deals with the recovery of such claims not only in court but also in the extrajudicial way.
