Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací zásobovacích a logistických procesů v podniku Sunsation. Tento podnik má na americkém trhu dlouholetou tradici, avšak podcenil současnou dobu průmyslu 4.0, kde je implementace moderních technologií klíčovou záležitostí pro budoucí růst. This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of supply and logistics processes in Sunsation. This company has a long tradition on the US market, but underestimated the current 4.0 industry where the implementation of modern technologies is a key issue for future growth.
