Businessman's Status in the Process

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci definuji procesní postavení podnikatele od jeho historického vývoje až po současnost a srovnávám období podnikání před a po roce 1989. Zabývám se charakteristikou podnikatele, podnikáním, registrací podnikatele, formami podnikání, právním jednáním podnikatele a částečně novou terminologií s podnikatelem související dle NOZ a ZOK. V závěru mé práce porovnávám postavení a činnosti podnikatele se zaměstnancem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis defines the entrepreneur´s status in the society from the past until the present and it compares the business activities before 1989 and thereafter. It deals with the characteristic of an entrepreneur, the business activities, the entrepreneur´s registration, the forms of business organisation, the legal behaviour of an entrepreneur and partially the new termonology according to the new civil code (NOZ) and the new corporate code (ZOK). Final-ly, this bachelor thesis compares the status and activities of an entrepreneur to an emploee.
