Measuring station for DC electric motor

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stejnosměrných točivých strojů s následným návrhem a realizací měřícího pracoviště pro tento typ stroje. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je teoretická. Zabývá se principem činnosti stejnosměrného stroje. Dále zde popsán princip komutace a popis jednotlivých konstrukčních dílu stejnosměrného motoru. Na konci první kapitoly je základní rozdělení stejnosměrných strojů dle způsobů buzení. Druhá část je praktická. Je proveden návrh modulového pracoviště. Toto pracoviště bude sloužit pro základní měření ve školní laboratoři FVTM. Po návrhu se práce zabývá realizací navrhnutého pracoviště. Jsou popsány postupy realizace včetně přiložených fotografií výsledného pracoviště. Ve třetí části je vypracována metodika měřících úloh, které lze měřit na tomto pracovišti. V příloze bakalářské práce jsou obsaženy protokoly o měření na daném pracovišti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of direct current rotating machines with subsequent design and implementation of measuring workplace for this type of machine. Thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical. It deals with the principle of operation of DC machines. There is described the principle of commutation and description of the components of DC motor. At the end of the first chapter is a division of DC motors as field coil. The second part is practical. There is a design of a modular workplace. This workplace will be used for basic measurements in the school laboratory FVTM. There is a description of the proposed work after the implementation. There are described methods of implementation, including attached photos of the final work. The third part is a methodology for measuring tasks that can be measured in this workplace. At the end of the thesis are included measurement protocols on the workplace.
