Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem mladého, začínajícího politika na místní úrovni, ze kterého se stal úspěšný, uznávaný a sebevědomý politik celorepublikového formátu. The thesis deals with the description of a young, beginning politician at the local level, who became a successful, recognized and self-confident politician of the national format. The thesis will point out the possible aspects that led to a long-term, successful tenure in the position of mayor of the town of Trutnov.
