Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku zdanění Airbnb, konkrétně daní z příjmu, daně z přidané hodnoty a poplatků z pobytu. Práce se zabývá problematikou z pohledu právnických i fyzických osob. Nejprve je v práci řešena problematika podřazení poskytovatelů ubytování pod pojem „podnikatele“. Následně jsou rozebrány jednotlivé typy zdanění a jejich metodika v České republice. The goals of this study are to determine Airbnb taxation, specifically income tax, value added tax and residence tax. The thesis is written from legal and natural persons perspective. The first part demonstrates subordination of accommodation providers to the concept of entrepreneur.
