Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesním řízením ve vybraném podniku. Jejím cílem je analýza procesů probíhajících ve společnosti, odhalení jejich nedostatků a následně navržení změn za účelem zlepšení současného stavu. This bachelor thesis deals with the process management in a selected company. It aims to analyse the processes taking place in said company, uncover their deficiencies and subsequently offer alterations in order to improve the current situation.
