Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Nábor a výběr poradců pro vybranou společnost je zaměřena na problematiku náboru a následnému výběru finančních a bankovních poradců pro společnost Wüstenrot a.s. Společnost Wüstenrot a.s. prochází v současné době určitým restartem, kdy se hodně zaměřuje na posílení pozice a zároveň na doplnění bankovních poradců do interní obchodní cesty (IOC). Pro danou společnost je velmi důležité najít schopné a motivované poradce pro tuto práci. Bakalářskou práci jsem zaměřil na to, jakým způsobem se do současnosti vybírali poradci, kde se hledali a jak celkově probíhal výběr. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřil na to, jakým způsobem by nábor a výběr měl probíhat. V praktické části, jsem navázal na zkušenosti z konkrétní společnosti Wüstenrot, kde pracuji a nábor a výběr mám také na starosti. Celou práci jsem pojal jako možný začátek změn, které mohou v systému náboru, výběru a adaptace nyní nastat.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis Recruitment and Selection of Adviser for a Particular Company is focused on the issue of recruitment and subsequent selection of financial and banking advisors for Wüstenrot a.s. Wüstenrot a.s. is currently undergoing some restart focusing mainly on strengthening their position and at the same time on hiring new bank advisors to join the internal team (IOC). It is very important for this company to find competent and motivated staff members for this position. In my bachelor thesis, I focused on how the advisors have been selected to date, where they have been looked for, and how the overall selection procedure has been made. In the theoretical part I focused on how the recruitment and selection should proceed. In the practical part, I followed the experience of the company Wüstenrot, where I work, and I am also in charge of recruitment and selection process. I conceived the whole work as a possible beginning of changes that can now occur in the recruitment, selection and adaptation system.
