Behavioural symptoms associated with expressions of dementia of seniors and their solutions in residential institution Krasna Lipa.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poruch chování souvisejících s projevy demence seniorů a jejich řešením, v rámci pobytového zařízení Krásná Lípa. V první, obecné části, jsou definovány důležité pojmy a myšlenky, jako jsou proměny ve stáří, poruchy chování seniorů způsobené demencí, projevy a formy demence a jejich příčiny, testové metody a gerontopsychologické škály (které se používající k časnému odhalení této nemoci). Dále jsou v práci popsány sociální služby, jejich stručná historie, vývoj a formy, spolu s představením pobytového zařízení Domova pro seniory Krásná Lípa, ve kterém byla provedena výzkumná sonda pro praktickou část. Tato, praktická část bakalářské práce, obsahuje zvolenou metodu sběru a získávání dat, realizaci výzkumu, popis zkoumaného souboru, zpracování a analýzu dat, a výsledky. Pro výzkumnou sondu, byl zvolen kvalitativní přístup a metoda skupinového interwiev v nestrukturované ohniskové skupině. Konečné výsledky, byly získány na základě analýzy, metodou vytváření trsů. Důležitou součástí této práce je interpretace získaných dat a následná diskuze, ve které jsou porovnány a shrnuty výsledky. Výstupem a také hlavním cílem práce, jsou vytvořené postupy řešení mimořádných situací v pobytovém zařízení Krásná Lípa, ke kterým dochází mezi pracovníky v sociálních službách a klienty trpícími demencí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of behavioral disorders associated with dementia manifestations seniors and their solutions within the residential facility Krasna Lipa. In the first, general part, are defined important concepts and ideas, such as changes in age, abnormal behavior of seniors due to dementia, and dementia symptoms and their causes, testing methods and geronpsychological scales, which are used for early detection of this disease. Furthermore, this work described social services, their brief history, development and forms, together with the introduction of Home residence facility for seniors Krasna Lipa, which was a research probe for the practical part. The practical part of the thesis contains a selected collection method and data acquisition, implementation research, a description of the investigation file, processing and analysis of data and results. For the research probe was chosen qualitative approach and the method of group interview in unstructured focus group. Final results were obtained by analysis, the method of clustering. The important part of this work is the interpretation of the data and subsequent discussion in which they are compared and summarized results. Output and also the main objective of the work is created procedures for dealing with emergencies in Krasna Lipa residential facility that occur between social service workers and clients suffering from dementia.
