Human Rights and Problem Their Universality

Abstract:

Pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem zvolila téma Lidská práva a jejich univerzalita. Univerzalita lidských práv spočívá v tom, že již zmíněná práva lze adresovat na všechny osoby bez rozdílu pleti, náboženského vyznání, potřebného vyhrazení apod. S lidskými právy je ale nutné zacházet velmi obezřetně, neboť malé pochybení či zaměňující vysvětlení těchto práv může mít nedozírné následky pro nás všechny. Téma jsem rozdělila do tří částí. V první části jsem věnovala pozornost vývoji a charakteristice základních lidských práv a svobod v České republice. Dále se tato část větví do podkategorií, které jsou s tímto podtitulem spjaty. Ve druhé části jsem se zaměřila na Listinu základních práv a svobod a událost, která byla velmi významným mezníkem v českých dějinách a to Chartu 77. Poslední část jsem věnovala těmto významných zahraničním dokumentům : Deklaraci nezávislosti USA, Všeobecné deklaraci lidských práv OSN, a v neposlední řadě Mezinárodnímu paktu občanských a politických práv a Mezinárodnímu paktu o hospodářských, sociálních a kulturních právech OSN.

Abstract:

I chose Human rights and their universality as a topic for my bachelor thesis. Human rights can be addressed to all persons without difference of race, religion, reserved opinion etc., that´s called universality. It is necessary to treat human rights very cautiously, because little misconduct or confusing explanation of these rights could have enormous consequences for all of us. I divided my topis into three parts. I paid attention to the developlment and characteristics of Fundamental Human Rights and Freedoms in the Czech Republic at the first part. This part is divided into subcategories related to this topic part. I focused of the Charter of Fundamentala Human Rights and freedoms and on the very significant milestone in the new Czech history, which called the Charta 77. I devoded the final part to these significant international documents: the US Declaration of Independence, the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights of the US.
