Mental and physical hygiene of teachers and pupils on elementary schools
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává celkově o hygieně. Zaměřuje se jak na hygienu psychickou, tak na hygienu fyzickou. Postupně čtenáře seznamuje s důležitostí dodržování základních hygienických návyků, které vedou k upevnění psychického i fyzického zdraví. Praktická část pak čtenáře seznámí s možností, jak takovéto téma vyučovat v hodinách výchovy ke zdraví na druhém stupni ZŠ.
Abstract:
This dissertation is a general overview of hygiene. It covers hygiene both of mind and of body. It informs the readers of good basic hygiene, which results in improved physical and mental health. The practical part teaches about maintaining hygienic practices at primary schools, as well as suggestions on how to teach this subject in health education classes at the later stages of primary education …more
