Hydraulic Systems with More Consumers

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hydraulickými systémy s více spotřebiči. První, teoretická část je zaměřena na základní funkce hydraulických systémů, jejich výhody a nevýhody. První část dále obsahuje specifikace základních prvků hydraulických systémů, popis jejich funkcí, možné aplikace včetně výhod u hydraulických systémů s více hydromotory. Závěrem první části je popis metod synchronizace pohybu více hydromotorů v hydraulických systémech. Druhá část této práce je praktická. Tato část se zabývá návrhem vhodného hydraulického systému pro provoz s více hydromotory při daných provozních podmínkách. Závěrem praktické části je specifikace jednotlivých prvků obvodu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with hydraulic systems with multiple appliances. The first theoretical part is focused on the basic functions of hydraulic systems, their advantages and disadvantages. The first part also contains the specifications of the basic elements of hydraulic systems, a description of their functions, possible applications, including the advantages of hydraulic systems with multiple hydraulic motors. The conclusion of the first part is a description of methods for synchronizing the movement of multiple hydraulic motors in hydraulic systems. The second part of this work is practical. This part deals with the design of a suitable hydraulic system for operation with multiple hydraulic motors under given operating conditions. The conclusion of the practical part is the specification of individual circuit elements.
