Diplomová práce pojednává o kombinovaném modelu fiskálního federalismu využívaného na území České republiky. Zhodnocení fungování modelu je provedeno na základě analýzy fiskální nerovnováhy v rámci rozpočtu státu a rozpočtů územních samospráv za období 2008 - 2012. The thesis discusses the combined model of fiscal federalism utilized in the Czech Republic. Assessment of the operation of the model is based on an analysis of fiscal imbalances in the state budget and local government budgets for 2008 - 2012.
