Abstract:
Cílem práce bude rešerše literatury především se zaměřením na cytokininovou signalizační dráhu, zejména na fosforylační kaskádu, protein AHP3 a možnou regulační roli prostřednictvím jeho serinů.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is a literature review focusing on cytokinin signalling pathway with an emphasis on phosphorylation cascade, protein AHP3 and possible regulation role of its serines.
