Analysis of the projects submitted in the Luhačovské Zálesí mikroregion within Joint Regional Operational Programme

Abstract:

V stupem do Evropské Unie získala ČR možnost čerpání prostředků ze Strukturálních fondů EU s hlavním zaměřením na Společný regionální operační program, který slouží jako nástroj pro snižování nerovností mezi regiony a pro jejich další rozvoj. V první části se pokusím vyjasnit oblasti podpory a způsob administrace programu SROP. Popíši hlavní cíle programu a z nich vycházející priority, opatření a podopatření, kdo může být žadatelem z tohoto operačního programu a na co vše lze žádat podporu. V následující části je provedena analýza realizovaných projektů v mikroregionu Luhačovské Zálesí, jaké projekty byly realizovány, kdo byl žadatelem, v rámci, které priority bylo žádáno nejčastěji a jaké byly náklady na projekty. Závěry a shrnutí jsou doplněny analýzou všech projektů realizovaných v programu SROP v celé ČR.

Abstract:

By joining the EU the Czech Republic has got the opportunity to draw funds from the EU Structural Funds related mainly to the Joint Regional Operational Programme (JROP) - a tool for the reduction of disparities of regions and their further development. In the first part I will try to clarify the scope of subsidy and method of administration of the JROP. I will describe the main objectives of the programme and the priorities arising out of these objectives, measures and additional measures, who can qualify as an applicant within this operational programme and what projects are eligible to receive a subsidy. In the other part I have carried out an analysis of the projects realized in the Luhačovské Zálesí microregion - what projects have been realized, who were the applicants, priority within which most of the applications were made and what were the project costs. The conclusions and summary are completed with an analysis of all projects realized within the JROP in the whole CR.
