Becoming a Principal in Kindergarten
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem stávání se ředitelem mateřské školy. Cílem bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem vnímali ředitelé mateřských škol posun v profesní dráze. V teoretické části práce jsou sumarizovány poznatky o řízení školy, roli ředitele a jeho předpokladech pro výkon funkce a také o posunu v profesní dráze a adaptaci na novou roli. The thesis deals with the topic of becoming a kindergarten director. The aim was to find out how kindergarten principals perceived the career shift. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the findings on school management, the role of the principal and his/her prerequisites for the position, as well as the career shift and adaptation to the new role.
