Fluorescent fiber optic immunosensors
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá optickými imunosenzory se zaměřením na optická vlákna a evanescenci. V praktické části je sestrojen laboratorní optovláknový imunosenzor, jako pokusný analyt slouží fluorescenčně značený lidský sérový albumin. Je popsána řada vlastností tohoto senzoru včetně jeho regenerace, jsou provedeny inkubační a kinetická měření a je řešena kinetika fotovybělování.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is about optical imunosensors, with focus on optical fibers and evanescence. In the practical part a laboratory fiber-optic immunosensors is constructed, fluorescent labeled human serum albumin is used as an analyte in measurements.
