The practical problems of the list and the conversion of the bankrupt's estate
Abstract:
Autorka se zabývá konkurzní podstatou, upozorňuje na nejčastější sporné otázky plynoucí ze zastaralé právní úpravy a hledá jejich řešení v soudní judikatuře a obvyklých postupech z praxe. Zamýšlí se nad přínosem nové úpravy úpadkového práva v uvedených oblastech.
Abstract:
The author is engaged in the list of bankrupt´s estate, she defines the most typical controversial topics caused by outdated legal regulation and looks for their solution in the courts´ decisions and common procedure in practice. She researchs the benefit of the new legal regulation.
