Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na metody řízení jakosti a spolehlivosti výroby, obchodu a služeb. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny definice jakosti, přístupy k managementu jakosti, metody plánování jakosti a nástroje a metody řízení v praxi. Podrobněji jsou vysvětleny metody QFD a FMEA.
