Nucleoside analogs represent a large class of compounds. Even seemingly minor changes of the sugar or base parts can lead to significant changes in biological activity. Nukleosidové analogy představují širokou třídu sloučenin. I poměrně malé modifikace cukerné nebo bazické části často vedou k signifikantní změně biologické aktivity. Tato bakalářská práce byla zaměřena na syntézu nových karbocyklických nukleosidových analogů, v nichž byla cukerná složka nahrazena cyklopentanovým skeletem, na který byly pomocí C-C vazby napojeny vybrané purinové bioisostery.
