Planning the shelter and evacuation of people in the event of a violent attack on a selected soft target

Abstract:

Práce popisuje základní informace ohledně se měkkých cílů a jejich zabezpečení v České republice s hlavním aspektem na školu a školní budovu jako měkký cíl. Na teoretickou část navazuje výzkum, který využil dvě výzkumné metody. Bylo zjištěno, že vybraná škola je velmi dobře zabezpečena proti násilným útokům. Z provedených kritických analýz byla vytvořena doporučení pro ukrytí a evakuaci osob při vybraných typech násilných útoků, které mohou vést ke snížení následků násilného útoku.

Abstract:

The thesis describes basic information about soft targets and their security in the Czech Republic with the main aspect of the school and school building as a soft target. The theoretical part is followed by research using two research methods. It was found that the selected school is very well protected against violent attacks. From the performed critical analyses recommendations were made for sheltering and evacuation of people in selected types of violent attacks that can lead to a reduction of the consequences of violent attack.
