Práce se zabývá jednoduchými spektrofotometrickými experimenty (stanovení Fe2+) s levnými přístroji firmy Vernier, popř. mobilním telefonem, které jsou použitelné ve výuce chemie. Hlavní část práce představuje svépomocné zhotovení funkčního plamenového fotometru ze spektrofotometru Vernier SpectroVis Plus, optického kabelu a kahanu. Abstract:
This work deals with easy spectrophotometric experiments suitable for school (determination of Fe2+) with cheap instruments made by Vernier, Inc. or mobile phones. Main part is devoted to do-it-yourself assembly of flame photometer from Vernier SpectroVis Plus spectrophotometer, optical fibre and burner.
