Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na klasifikační systémem DRG, který se využívá především pro zjištění úhrady od zdravotních pojišťoven ve zdravotnictví po celém světě. Akcent práce je položen na charakteristiku klasifikačního systému DRG v České republice. Byla provedena analýza klasifikačního systému DRG v Městské nemocnici Ostrava, p.o. Na základě této analýzy jsou navržena možná řešení, jak vylepšit současný stav. Cílem teoretické části byla rešerše, která byla zaměřena na oblast historické aspekty vývoje DRG systému jako casemixového klasifikačního systému, jeho aktuální zásady fungování a postupný a dále velmi rozsáhlý průběh implementace do systému financování akutní lůžkové péče v ČR. Hlavním cílem praktické části této práce je zjištění slabin klasifikačního systému DRG metodami analýz a návrh možných změn tohoto mechanismu a následně cest jejich realizace, uplatnění, rozvoje a stanovení potenciálu růstu.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the DRG classification system, which is used primarily to determine reimbursement from health insurance companies in the healthcare sector around the world. The emphasis of the thesis is placed on the characteristics of the DRG classification system in the Czech Republic. An analysis of the DRG classification system was carried out at the City Hospital of Ostrava, p.o. Based on this analysis, possible solutions are proposed to improve the status quo. The aim of the theoretical part was a reshuffle that focused on the area of historical aspects of the development of the DRG system as a casemix classification system, its current principles of operation and the gradual and further very extensive implementation into the system of financing acute inpatient care in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the practical part of this work is to identify weaknesses of the DRG classification system through methods of analysis and the proposal of possible changes to this mechanism and consequently the ways of their implementation, application, development and determination of growth potential.
