Interrogation and the specifics of children’s interrogation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce představuje výslech a výslech dětí jako kriminalistickou metodu. V teoretické části vymezuje pojmy a postupy potřebné k provedení výslechu. Věnuje se také posuzování věrohodnosti výpovědi. V práci jsou uvedeny vývojová stádia dítěte a výslechové metody a postupy při provádění výslechu dětí. Výslechy dětí jsou prováděny většinou ve speciálních výslechových místnostech, které jsou v bakalářské práci také popsány. V praktické části, se práce věnuje výslechu dětí z pohledu vyslýchajících. Součástí výzkumu jsou výslechové metody a postupy využívané v praxi. V praktické části je také uvedeno řešení překážek, které mohou během výslechu nastat.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis presents the interrogation and questioning of children as a criminalistic method. In the theoretical part it defines the concepts and procedures that are necessary to conduct an interrogation. It also focuses on the assessment of the credibility of testimony. The thesis presents the developmental stages of children and the interrogation methods and procedures for conducting interrogation of children. Interrogations are mostly conducted in special interrogation rooms, which are also described in the thesis. The practical part of the thesis deals with the interrogation of children from the interrogators' perspective. The research includes interrogation methods and procedures used in practice. The practical part also presents solutions to obstacles that may arise during the interrogation process.
