Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na řízení bezpečnosti v bankovním sektoru v České republice. Popisuje současný stav a navrhuje optimální řešení postupů v problematice bankovní bezpečnosti. Téma "Řízení bezpečnosti v bance" jsem si zvolil, protože bankovní bezpečnost v České republice dosud nemá své teoretické zázemí a kromě několika dílčích otázek není problematika ochrany bankovního provozu v ucelené a vyvážené podobě zpracována. Mým cílem je popsat a navrhnout optimální postupy při implementaci bankovní bezpečnosti. Při vytváření struktury práce jsem vycházel z klasického uspořádání bankovního provozu, studia odborné literatury k danému tématu, provozních směrnic komerčních bank, vlastních pozorování, dotazů a zkušeností z bankovní praxe. Po provedení analýzy a komparací těchto materiálů jsem navrhl optimální a komplexní řešení bankovní bezpečnosti.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with security management in the banking sector of the Czech Republic. Describing current status of the issue, it suggests optimal measures and solutions in the security management of banks. The title "Bank Security Management" was chosen due to the fact that security management in the Czech Republic is lacking in a complex theoretical background (apart from a few partial security issues). My aim is to describe and design optimal procedures for the implementation of a banking security system. When structuring and compiling this thesis, I made use of a standard organization chart of banking operations. I studied relevant specialist literature and operational guidelines of commercial banks. I also made hands-on observations at my workplace, having asked and answered questions based on my own banking experience. Having analysed and compared these resource materials, I designed an optimal and complex system of banking security.
