Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce nese téma „Analýza kriminality dětí a mladistvých s důrazem na jejich specifika“. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje historickou stránku kriminality mládeže přes charakteristiku této kriminality, příčiny a podmínky kriminality, jejich faktory, které ovlivňují vývoj dítěte až po jednotlivé druhy kriminality nejčastěji páchanými dětmi a mladistvými. V praktické části jde o výzkum kriminality dětí a mladistvých v okrese Olomouc se zaměřením na nejčastěji páchanou trestnou činnost.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis bears the theme "analysis of crime of children and youth with emphasis on their specifics". The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the historical aspect of juvenile delinquency through the characteristics of this crime, the causes and conditions of crime, their factors that influence the development of the child up to individual types of crime most often committed by children and juveniles. The practical part deals with the research of criminality of children and juveniles in the Olomouc region with a focus on the most frequently committed crime.
