Abstract:
Obsahem této bakalářské práce je analýza návštěvnosti gastronomických zařízení v závislosti na domácích kávovarech. V teoretické části se zaobíráme problematikou domácích i profesionálních kávovarů, mlýnků na kávu a kávou samotnou. The aim of this Balechor´s thesis is to analyze the turnout of gastronomic units depending on the home coffee machines. In the theoretical part we entertain the issue of home and professional coffee machines, grinders and the coffe itself.
