Empirical facts about cartels
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá empirickými poznatky o kartelových dohodách. Konkrétně pak způsobem koordinace kartelů a vzájemnou kontrolou dohodnutých podmínek kartelové dohody. Následně je popsán způsob kompenzací, resp. sankcí v případě podvádění členů kartelu či externích šoků. Práce se také zaměřuje na porovnání legálních a nelegálních kartelů v rámci jejich koordinace.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on empirical facts about cartel agreements. Particularly on a way of coordination of cartels and their monitoring of each other. Furthermore a scheme of compensation/sanction in case of cheating or external shocks is described. The thesis also compares legal cartels with illegal ones in a way of their coordination.
