Práce pojednává o systému záruk zákonnosti ve veřejné správě, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé záruky zákonnosti ve veřejné správě. Mezi záruky zákonnosti patří kontrola veřejné správy, zrušení vadných správních aktů, odpovědnost za porušení právní povinnosti a následné donucení ke splnění právní povinnosti. The thesis discusses the system of guarantees of legality in public administration, which describes all guarantees of legality in public administration.
