Cílem této práce je implementovat metody štíhlého řízení a principy štíhlé výroby do podniku, který poskytuje sportovní služby veřejnosti. Konkrétně se jedná o trh kruhových tréninků v Praze, což je tržní výklenek celkového fitness trhu, jehož je zkoumaná společnost 4Fresh jednoznačným leaderem.
