The Position of Unsecured Creditor in Insolvency Proceedings
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá právní a ekonomickou situací zajištěného i nezajištěného věřitele ve vazbě na dlužníka v insolvenčním řízení. Současně se věnuje porovnání způsobu vyrovnání dlužníka s věřitelem reorganizací a konkurzem.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the legal and economic situation of secured and unsecured creditors in relation to the debtor in insolvency proceedings. It also explores a comparison between restructuring and bankruptcy, as methods of debtor-creditor settlement.
