Compilation of Statistical Evaluating the Models of Kinematic Properties of the 3D Scanner Talysurf CLI 500

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením statistických modelů hodnocení kinematických vlastností 3D skeneru Talysurf CLI 500. První část této diplomové práce představuje pro-blematiku vzniku polohových úchylek a jejich význam. Experimentální část se věnuje mož-ným způsobům proměření polohových úchylek a stanovení kinematických vlastností spolu s vytvořením programů pro měření pomocí software Talymap u 3D skeneru Talysurf CLI 500, který doposud nebyl stanoven. Navržený způsob proměření je v experimentální části popsán jak pro osu x, tak pro osu y. Dále jsou popsány naměřené polohové úchylky v obou proměřených osách a doporučený způsob kalibrace.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the determination of statistical scoring models kinematic properties of the 3D scanner Talysurf CLI 500. The first part of this thesis presents the issue of forma-tion of positional deviations and their significance. The experimental part deals with pos-sible ways to measure the positional deviations and determination of kinematic characteris-tics together with the creation of programs for measurements using software Talymap at Talysurf CLI 3D Scanner 500, which has not yet been determined. The proposed method of measurement is described in the experimental part both the x axis and y axis. The following describes the measurement of position deviations in both axes-measured and recommended method of calibration.
