Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice strategických rizik ve výrobním procesu podniků působících ve strojírenském odvětví. S využitím metody FMEA byla identifikována rizika v různých fázích výrobního procesu, příčiny jejich vzniku včetně potenciálních dopadů na výrobní proces, renomé společností a koncové zákazníky. Výsledky prokázaly, že nejrizikovější fází je montáž elektroinstalace a kompletní technologie strojů, která zahrnuje velmi sofistikované detekční, bezpečnostní a mechatronické prvky. Dalším významným rizikem, kterému musí podniky v daném odvětví čelit jsou extrémně dlouhé dodací termíny některých komponent nezbytných k výrobě strojů. V přístupu k řízení rizik přistupují strojírenské podniky individuálně i s ohledem na jejich velikostní kategorizaci. Některé typy výrobních rizik jsou v malých podnicích ošetřeny lépe než v případě středních a velkých podniků a naopak. Lze konstatovat, že krizový management závisí na počtu zaměstnanců, organizační a řídící struktuře podniků, jejich finančních možnostech a nastavení provozních procesů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of strategic risks in the production process of companies operating in the engineering sector. Using the FMEA method, the risks in various stages of the production process, the causes of their occurrence including potential impacts on the production process, company reputation and end customers were identified. The results showed that the most risky phase is the installation of wiring and complete machine technology, which includes very sophisticated detection, safety and mechatronic elements. Another major risk faced by companies in the sector is the extremely long delivery times for some of the components needed to manufacture the machines. In their approach to risk management, engineering companies take an individual approach also with regard to their size categorisation. Certain types of production risks are treated better in small enterprises than in medium and large enterprises and vice versa. It can be concluded that crisis management depends on the number of employees, the organisational and management structure of enterprises, their financial capabilities and the set-up of operational processes.
