Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat účinnou českou právní úpravu institutu manželství tak, jak je obsažena v občanském zákoníku a souvisejících předpisech. The aim of this thesis is to describe current czech legislation of the institute of marriage as it is contained in Civil Code and related laws. The attention is payed to the substantive law. Chapter one with name Institute of marriage instroduces term of marriage and presents general facts.
