Abstract:

Diplomová práce "Hodnocení efektivnosti investic na ochranu životního prostředí" se v první části zabývá environmentální politikou podniku a povinnostmi podniku v ochraně životního prostředí. Pozornost je věnována problematice odpadů a jejich zpracování. V další části jsou popisovány metody, které jsou využívány při ekonomickém hodnocení investičních projektů. Praktická část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení reálného investičního projektu ve Spalovně odpadů v Liberci. Charakterizuje podnikatelskou činnost podniku a popisuje skutečnosti vedoucí k realizaci investice. Ekonomická část se zabývá posouzením realizované investice dle vybraných metod hodnocení investic, uvedených v teoretické části, a je popsán přínos investice pro životní prostředí. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty poznatky teoretické a praktické části a jsou navrhnuta možná opatření pro realizaci dalších environmentálních investic.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis "Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Investments in Environmental Protection" in the first part deals with environmental policy of the company and its obligations to protect the environment. Attention is paid to the issue of waste and its processing. The next section describes the methods that are used in the economic evaluation of investment project. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of the real investment project in the incinerator of waste in Liberec. It characterizes the business enterprise and describes the facts leading to the realization of the investment. The economic section is concerned with the assessment of investments according to the selected methods for evaluating investments as referred to in the theoretical part and describes the environmental benefits. The conclusion summarizes the knowledge of theoretical and practical parts and proposes some measures for the implementation in other environmental investments.
