Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o podnikatelském plánu konceptu Fit Fast Food. Cílem této práce je vyhodnotit životaschopnost a realizovatelnost nového podnikatelského konceptu, který je založen na principu rychlého občerstvení v kombinaci s podáváním zdravých pokrmů. K dosažení cíle nám pomohly analýzy podniku, variantní finanční propočty podniku a dotazníkové šetření, které zjišťuje potenciální poptávku. Také jsme k hodnocení konkurenčního postavení využili modelu konkurenceschopnosti ETI. Práce se skládá ze tří částí − teoretické, analytické a návrhové. Teoretická část práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti podnikání a vzhledem k povaze zvoleného tématu jsou zahrnuty také kapitoly věnované gastronomii a zdravému stravování. Tyto poznatky jsou pak dále využity v analytické a návrhové části. Analytická část začíná podrobným popisem všech náležitostí podnikatelského plánu. Dále jsou analytické části zpracovány jednotlivé analýzy, finanční propočty, analýza konkurenceschopnosti a dotazníková šetření. V návrhové části jsme pak jako výsledek práce sestavili samotný podnikatelský plán podniku při použití realistických finančních výkazů.

Abstract:

This diploma work deals with the business plan of a concept of Fit Fast Food. The aim of the work is to evaluate, whether the enterprise is manageable in practice and viable. In order to achieve this goal , I have analysed the enterprise and his financial calculations (four options) and the results of questionnaire survey, which markets a potential demand. I also used a competitiveness model ETI to find out competitive position. The work consists of three parts – theoretical, analytical and the one of practical suggestions. The first part of the work contains theoretical findings from entrepreneurship area and due to the nature of the chosen topic also chapters devoted to gastronomy and healthy eating are included. These findings are further used in the second and the third part. At the beginning of analytical part there given all parts of business plan. The analytical part continues with individual analyses, financial calculations, competitiveness analysis and the results of questionnaire survey are processed. In the section of practical suggestions I have set up the business plan of the enterprise with realistic financial calculations.
