This bachelor thesis approaches the issue of dried blood spot analysis using ambient ionization techniques and mass spectrometry. The nature of the thesis is a literature retrieval on the given topic, which includes basic facts about dried blood spot, the procedure of proper sampling and treatment. Táto bakalárska práca približuje problematiku analýzy suchej krvnej kvapky pomocou ambientných ionizačných techník a hmotnostnej spektrometrie. Podstatou je literárna rešerš na danú tému, ktorá zahŕňa základné fakty o suchej krvnej kvapke, postup správneho odberu a spracovania.
