Predictive and prognostic value of the gain of hTERC gene in carcinoma of the cervix uteri using FISH technique
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá druhým nejčastějším nádorovým onemocněním u žen na celém světě, rakovinou děložního hrdla. Věnuje se vyšetření pacientek s různými stádii karcinomu děložního hrdla pomocí metod FISH a CGH. Na základě jejich výsledků je pak stanoven možný význam zisku genu hTERC jako diagnostického markeru vývoje onemocnění.
Abstract:
This work deals with the second most common cancer in women worldwide, cervical cancer. It describes an examination of patients with different stages of carcinoma of the cervix uteri using methods FISH and CGH. From their results possible value of the gain of hTERC gene as a diagnostic marker of the disease development is evaluated.
